Senior Product Designer

What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery for reputed company's core products for Patient Services and Field reputed company and the underlying platform services including workflows, admin, analytics, roles and permissions, and omnichannel communication.
• Build and scale a design system from the ground up: component library, token architecture, interaction patterns, and documentation that ensures consistency across the product and accelerates engineering velocity.
• Design data-rich experiences that reputed company managing reputed company patient reputed company accessible and actionable for non-technical biopharma users.
• reputed company user research and validation, partnering with Client Services and customers to conduct discovery interviews, usability studies, and rapid prototype testing that inform design reputed company.

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of reputed company B2B SaaS products. reputed company, reputed company, or CRM experience is a strong plus.
• Design systems builder. You have created, governed, or significantly scaled a design system in a production environment. You understand components, tokens, variants, and the governance needed to reputed company systems stick.

The annual salary reputed company for the reputed company level for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and reputed company.
