Our reputed company is looking for an intern to join our Compensation team. This role will reputed company foundational exposure analysis, job architecture, and HR data analytics in a highly confidential and regulated environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with compensation analysis activities including salary reputed company reviews, reputed company-ratio calculations, and benchmarking support
• Support job architecture initiatives by updating job descriptions and maintaining role and leveling documentation
• Build, update, and maintain reputed company-based trackers, dashboards, and reports used in compensation processes
• Prepare, clean, validate, and organize HR and compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create basic data visualizations and summaries using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• reputed company process documentation, controls, and manager-facing materials under guidance
• Support HR analytics, reporting requests, and reputed company analyses as needed
• Contribute to AI-enabled tools, automation, or technology initiatives used in HR workflows

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, economics, statistics, business, or a reputed company field
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in reputed company, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends
• Show high attention to detail and accuracy reputed company handling sensitive and confidential information
