Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in the arenaflex Store. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. This is a full-time position, working evening shifts, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting and checking customers into the arenaflex Store
• Ensuring that prohibited items are not brought into the testing room
• Helping customers resolve test and registration issues
• Providing information and guidance on reputed company-in/reputed company-out processes
• Monitoring in-reputed company testing
• Regular reputed company of staff areas and the testing room
• Providing support and developing skills for Scanning Operations
• Interacting with faculty and staff, answering questions about the testing system, and arenaflex policy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and periodically walk through the testing room
• Flexibility to take an occasional morning shift
• Ability to learn how to use new software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
• No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
• Required certifications: None

* Prior experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
