Job Description

As a Retail Part Time Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in promoting an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a positive reputed company customer experience

• Training and coaching Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for reputed company Associates
• Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizing as needed

• Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness

Compensation and Perks
