Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer queries through live chat on arenaflex's website
- Providing accurate and timely assistance with customer inquiries, including:
+ Shipping rates and delivery information + Return policies and procedures + Available stock and product information + Other customer-reputed company issues
- Logging in and out of the arenaflex website at the start and end of your shift
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
