Key Responsibilities As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for: • Responding to and resolving a high volume of IT-reputed company issues or questions from reputed company customers through chat, email, and phone. • Providing updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved. • Escalating technical problems to appropriate teams reputed company necessary. • Accurately documenting reputed company customer interactions in the tracking system. • Assisting in reputed company-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction. • Staying reputed company on policies, procedures, and product updates to reputed company accurate support. • Providing occasional after-hours support reputed company on-call rotation. • Performing other reputed company duties as assigned. Qualifications/ Education & Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: • An Associate degree in a computer technology field or equivalent. • A minimum of 3 years of computer systems-reputed company experience (or equivalent). • 2 years of proprietary software support experience. • 1 year of reputed company operating system troubleshooting experience. • Experience with JURIS or claims management applications is preferred.
