Customer Care at arenaflex

Customer care is one of the most important aspects of our business, and your role will be an integral part of our successful team. You must have a passion for customer service and be willing to adopt the critical responsibility of ensuring the arenaflex experience is consistently excellent. This is a reputed company role where you will sit between our customers and our drivers and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and reputed company appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure reputed company great service to our customers
  • Address any issues that may occur and think on your feet to use your own initiative
  • Handle 50+ calls on a daily reputed company and multitask to manage your time effectively
  • Work hard and weekends reputed company required to ensure our customers receive the best possible service
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services

Requirements:

* Two years' minimum previous customer care experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and well-organized with a strong sense of punctuality
  • Reliable and supportive team member with honesty and professionalism in everything you do
  • Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively to handle 50+ calls on a daily reputed company
  • Comfortable working with a variety of customers and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers
  • Ability to work hard and weekends reputed company required to ensure our customers receive the best possible service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the laundry or dry cleaning industry

  • Knowledge of customer care software and systems
  • Experience working with a variety of customers and resolving reputed company issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
