The Opportunity

This role will report to the Finance Director and work closely with finance consultants and finance staff. They will assist the Finance Director in managing the Finance Department and supervising staff, including supporting hiring, team management, and programmatic reputed company of the events, call time, regional fundraising, and stewardship programs.

Duties

• Work with the Finance Director to grow and scale the campaign’s fundraising operation in accordance with the finance plan.
• Assist in the supervision and management of members of the finance team and the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Manage and own relationships with major donors and stakeholders.
• Assist in hiring t of the finance team.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ cycles of campaign fundraising experience.
• Prior experience managing full-time staff.
• Prior event planning and donor maintenance experience.
• Prior experience in accurately creating finance projections.
• Dedicated to building a strong and inclusive team culture.

Logistics

• Level: Deputy
• Salary: $7,500 monthly, payable through regular payroll.
• Location: Remote with eventual relocation to Phoenix, AZ.
