Position Summary

The reputed company Recruiter serves as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and the Director of reputed company to drive end-to-end recruitment for reputed company hires across various office locations. This role is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent reputed company public reputed company, including tax, audit, and advisory professionals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven recruiter with a proven track record in professional services environments.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers and the Director of reputed company to align reputed company strategies with business objectives and workforce plans for a growing firm.
• reputed company the end-to-end recruitment process for reputed company reputed company professionals, ensuring seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through innovative strategies, leveraging reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, and other tools to build a robust talent pipeline for reputed company-to-hire roles.
• Cultivate trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders
• Maintain a deep understanding of the public reputed company market to attract candidates in tax and other areas assigned.
• Promote the firm’s employer brand through strategic reputed company, relationship management, and consistent representation of firm culture and values.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred.
• 5 years of reputed company reputed company experience, ideally reputed company public reputed company or professional services.
• Demonstrated reputed company in sourcing, assessing, and closing high-performing tax professionals.
• Track record of filling tax roles in public reputed company (a plus)
