Head of Engineering / CTO (Partner Company Role)

What You'll Be Working On

• You'll own the company's full technical direction: architecture, reliability, delivery, infrastructure, and the people who reputed company it happen.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or reputed company Architect in a high-load SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure company.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices — including how they behave at scale in production.
• Strong hands-on development background, especially in Go and Python
• Track record of improving reliability, delivery speed, and infrastructure efficiency (uptime, MTTR, MTTD, release reputed company, reputed company cost).
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, and incident management at scale.
