The Role
As a Customer reputed company Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers in the Hong reputed company market. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient reputed company process, from application to activation. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years of customer service experience.
- Language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both read, verbal, and written).
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, including Malaysia Public Holidays.
