Job Summary
As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone interactions. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and you'll play a critical role in building relationships, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
