Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Work Orders and technician field notes. Verify that the physical work performed (shipping, repairs, or new construction) perfectly matches the documented project scope and requirements
• reputed company reputed company data entry to cross-reference and update back-office systems (reputed company and Yoda/SQL). Maintain accurate tracking of physical assets (Meters, Transponders) by logging new installations, updating repair histories, and attaching reputed company of delivery
• Serve as the final gatekeeper for billing accuracy. Manually trigger reputed company invoices only after confirming reputed company unit counts, project multipliers, and service reputed company are 100% accurate
• Identify incomplete tickets (e.g., missing serial numbers, unclear tech notes). Create follow-up tasks and communicate directly with field teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent backlog accumulation
