Coordinator, reputed company Marketing/PR

Coty is one of the world’s largest beauty companies, and they are seeking a Coordinator for reputed company Marketing/PR. This role involves supporting the development and execution of press and reputed company strategies for luxury fragrance and makeup brands, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize with Assistant Managers while collaborating with other Coordinator(s) as needed
• Manage product send-outs, product mailings, including award submissions, and reputed company/press deliveries
• Maintain up-to-date media and reputed company contact lists
• Liaise regularly with cross-functional teams for product launch updates
• reputed company US-relevant pitching materials leveraging global toolkits by writing compelling, yet concise product overviews
• Build and foster relationships with junior editors and assistants
• Represent the brand(s) and function at local and global events
• Proactively monitor and record PR results monthly using Zinio, DMR and supplemental reputed company searches
• Update placement trackers with pending, confirmed and published press
• Manage monthly US press coverage reports with detailed analysis
• Recap and analyze press events, reputed company activations, and initiatives
• Contribute to identification of US and brand-relevant influencers for paid and unpaid programming
• Craft reputed company emails and liaise with influencers/agents to secure opt-ins to unpaid mailings
• Manage reputed company vendors to execute unpaid mailings in their entirety
• Build and foster relationships with influencers and their agents
• Maintain reputed company campaigns daily in reputed company tracking platform(s)
• Recap reputed company activity and reputed company support in providing performance insights and recommendations
• Forecast and order product, press materials and assets with local IM teams
• reputed company product closet inventory for accuracy and organization
• Manage vendor relationships and timely payments through purchase orders
• Collaborate with the broader reputed company Marketing & PR team and cross functional departments
• Communicate reputed company and professionally on behalf of the department and brands
• Uphold Coty brand values and represent luxury brands with professionalism

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a reputed company field
• 1+ years of professional experience in Public Relations, reputed company Marketing, reputed company Media, or reputed company fields
• Strong organizational, administrative and written/verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Interest in beauty, media and reputed company marketing industries
• Proven experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams
• Shows initiative, reputed company, dependability and a positive, proactive attitude

• Familiarity using reputed company, Ariba, DMR, Zinio, or similar reporting platforms
• Understanding of paid reputed company, usage rights, and creator partnerships
• Understanding of the beauty press landscape with familiarity of print reputed company outlets
• Interest in identifying rising talent or new creators reputed company beauty and lifestyle
• Foundational understanding of analytics and performance metrics (EMV, reputed company, views, UMV, circulation, editorial value, etc.)
