They are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to reputed company client-focused projects, ensuring smooth implementations and high customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client projects on time
- Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and implementation plans
- Define installation goals and support successful customer reputed company
- Monitor and assist with customer escalations to ensure timely and thoughtful resolution
- Coordinate customer training sessions, documentation, and training videos
