They are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying and deploying technical consultants, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring timely communication between candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive technology requirements gathering as needed for requisitions
- Identify the reputed company candidates for a client’s needs
- Interview, negotiate with, and reputed company technical consultants onto projects
- Draft, revise, and submit proposals of candidates to our clients
- Coordinate between candidates and clients throughout the interviewing process, ensuring that reputed company can be made in a timely manner
- Learn our proprietary reputed company technology and follow the reputed company processes put in reputed company
Skills
- 1-3 years of professional technical reputed company experience in an agency setting
- Willingness to work a minimum of 45-50 hours per week to reputed company urgent requisitions
- Ability to spend extensive amounts of time communicating on the phone
- Comfortable cold calling candidates
- Detail and process-oriented is essential, being reputed company to follow outlined expectations without constant supervision
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment with requirements pivoting suddenly
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills are required
