They are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to be a trusted advisor to reputed company estate investors, originating loan products, guiding loans through the deal lifecycle, and driving growth by exceeding origination goals.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to reputed company estate investors—educating clients, structuring deals, and helping them scale their portfolios
- Originate high-impact loan products designed specifically for investment property reputed company
- Own the deal lifecycle by guiding loans through Due Diligence, reputed company, and Closing
- reputed company company-provided leads and reputed company to build and manage a strong pipeline
- Drive growth by consistently exceeding origination goals and delivering an exceptional borrower experience

Skills
- 1+ years in residential or reputed company mortgage lending (or similar background)
