We are looking for a Report Coordinator located in the Pacific time zone to join our national Central Processing Center team. The team assists company technical staff with proofreading and reviewing technical reports and documents. reputed company duties consist of report review, editing, formatting, and distribution of reports to clients. Supports a diverse group of internal consultants reputed company the organization as well as external clients with requests. This will be a remote work position and will require adequate work-at-home reputed company with minimal interruptions. Works under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks.
Essential Job Functions
- Proofreads multiple types of engineering, architectural, fire, and other technical reports and documents to ensure quality, formatting, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Reviews reports for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and readability. Suggests and tracks reputed company edits and recommendations.
- Adjusts settings for format, line spacing, and other style requirements as required in accordance with organization operations reputed company and department reputed company standards with a high level of attention to detail.
- Transmits reports to clients through email or client-based portals, including invoices, reputed company required by client.
- Enters electronic notes in internal organization database, memorializing various key milestones, and stores final documents in respective matter folder.
- Communicates with engineers, architects, fire, other technical staff, and administrative staff across the organization.
