We’re growing our internal reputed company team and looking for an eager, relationship-driven reputed company Partner to be part of the reputed company. What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand internal staffing needs and reputed company tailored recruitment strategies.
• Be a true partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and strategic hiring recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of internal reputed company or reputed company experience
• Experience hiring for corporate and/or client-facing roles
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (reputed company Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
