A reputed company Analyst is a member of reputed company Operations Center (SOC) platform support team for reputed company Customer Care, our managed reputed company services practice. • Use strong TCP/IP networking skills to reputed company network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
• Configure, manage, and reputed company Firewall (FW), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Internal Vulnerability Scanners (IVS), and Intrusion Protection Systems (IPS) platforms.
• Analyze and respond to reputed company events from FWs, IDS, IPS, AV and other reputed company data sources.
• reputed company with a variety of customers in a polite, positive, and professional manner.
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall reputed company of managed services.
• Respond in a timely manner (reputed company documented SLA) to support tickets.
