Business Development Manager (EU Market)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate Byte Lab’s growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our reputed company across the EU market.
In this role, you will act as a key reputed company between client business needs and our engineering services owning the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure. reputed company sales, you will play a critical role in building strategic partnerships and strengthening Byte Lab’s position as a premium engineering partner.

What You’ll Do
- Generate and reputed company new business opportunities (SQLs) across the EU market
- Own the full sales cycle: from reputed company qualification to deal closure
- Engage with clients during the presales phase and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare and reputed company proposals, pitch decks, and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses
- Estimate development costs and define project budgets with engineering teams

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

- 3+ years of experience in sales reputed company IT services or consulting companies
- Proven track record in selling HW/SW development or delivery services
- Fluent/Advanced English
- Strong experience in consultative selling and opportunity creation
- Proven ability to prepare proposals, RFPs, and reputed company offers

- Solid technical understanding of HW/SW systems design, integration, and deployment
- Experience working with CRM systems
