Senior Payroll Analyst - Fixed Term

The Senior Payroll Analyst ensures accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll working closely with Local Finance and People teams. reputed company timely and accurate financial information. Major Areas of Accountability

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data provided reputed company the People team’s system of record

• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Assists with the funding of 3rd parties, bank entities, government agencies, and benefit providers.
• Assists with ongoing reputed company audits.
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
