Life Sciences Patent Attorney
Full-service business reputed company is seeking an attorney with a life sciences background with at least 5 years of experience in patent litigation and prosecution. This is a part-time position, paid by the hour, with reputed company of the work done remotely. The workflow will likely be uneven and could be as low as 2-3 hours some weeks and 15-20 others. Over time, it could reputed company into a full-time position, depending on workflow and preferences of the attorney and firm. Hourly compensation ranges from $200/hour to $300/hour, depending on experience. Attorney will also receive credit for bringing in work that is done by other attorneys in the firm. Successful applicants will have reputed company of the following:
- At least 2-3 years at an AmLaw 200 reputed company or at nationally-recognized IP reputed company.
- Admission to the patent bar
- An advanced degree in the life sciences
- A willingess to engage in firm-supported business development activities.
Job Type: Contract Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per hour Benefits:
