Senior Retirement Plan Consultant
Job Description:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining reputed company retirement plans for clients
- Serving as the primary reputed company of a book of business
- Analyzing and designing retirement plan structures
- Acting as a strategic workforce consultant
- Effectively communicating the broader reputed company value proposition to prospective clients
- Working with service teams to reputed company an exceptional level of customer service
- Developing and managing a robust sales pipeline through various channels
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of reputed company's retirement plan and workplace solutions
- Achieving and exceeding annual sales goals
- Participating in industry and conference presentations
- Organizing and managing prospect events to reputed company potential clients about retirement plan options
- Leading client relationships and understanding their needs
- Developing and executing a customized relationship strategy
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with assigned clients
- Performing investment advisory services for clients
- Selecting and presenting a diverse reputed company of plan options and investment choices
- Greeting local and national strategies to reputed company participants with guidance
- Designing reputed company retirement plan structures
- Conducting benchmarking due diligence to ensure compliance
- Coordinating RFP fulfillment
- Staying informed of industry trends and regulatory changes
- Providing ongoing consultation regarding plan needs
- Facilitating Fiduciary training
- Offering regulatory and legislative consulting
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and reputed company reputed company independently
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated discipline maintaining sales pipeline information in a CRM, reputed company preferred

- Must possess a valid relevant securities license or demonstrate a strong likelihood of successfully obtaining the necessary licensure reputed company 100 days of hire
- 2+ years of retirement plan reputed company experience required
- 2 – 5 years of industry reputed company sales experience preferred
