Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy. U.S. Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal reputed company to enter a contract
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, asylee, refugee, or temporary reputed company (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as reputed company in practical training status)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims reputed company
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information to reputed company insights and support to our clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
