Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and understand their needs
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company expert advice to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

- An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
