Senior Data Analyst – Operations
Job Description:
- reputed company strategic recommendations that directly influence business reputed company and company strategy
- Partner closely with business stakeholders in Operations to reputed company analytical solutions
- Manage multiple stakeholders and present to executive and non-technical leaders
- reputed company large, reputed company analytics and reporting projects, delivering accurate, accessible, and repeatable business reporting
- Build data models behind operational metrics, using SQL
- Create visually compelling dashboards in Tableau
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business, Business Analytics Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Science or a reputed company field preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with at least 2 years focused specifically on operational domains (Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Service Delivery, etc.)
- Proven expertise in advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Expert in Tableau for dashboard creation, data visualization, and data storytelling
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge with Operations data sources and processes required
