[Remote] Business Operations Project Manager

Hellobrightline is seeking a Business Operations Project Manager to drive execution rigor and operational discipline for strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves owning end-to-end delivery of projects, translating business priorities into structured plans, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-reputed company cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are scoped, planned, resourced, and executed on time and reputed company with organizational goals
• Translate organizational priorities into structured execution plans, including timelines, deliverables, and reputed company metrics
• Act as the central coordination reputed company for assigned initiatives, maintaining visibility into dependencies, risks, and reputed company across workstreams
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs, escalating reputed company as needed to reputed company work moving reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations reputed company high-growth, venture-backed, or similarly reputed company environments

• Proven track record designing, documenting, and implementing operational processes and workflows that scale
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority, building alignment and driving execution across diverse stakeholder groups
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in operational workflows
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform decision-making (experience with data tools preferred but not required)
