Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound calls from medical professionals, using medical terminology, to request and verify benefits
  • Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the reputed company by being proactive
  • Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
  • Providing support for Health Care Providers
  • Researching benefit information
  • Handling situations that may require reputed company of response or extensive research
  • Accurately documenting and maintaining reputed company interactions
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate reputed company operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need:
