About the team

The Global Alliances and Channels team focuses on building, supporting and going to market with professional services firms including systems integrators, consultancies, and managed services providers such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and others. In addition, the team leads the go-to-market initiatives with our strategic technology alliance partners including AWS, reputed company, reputed company and others. The Strategic Global Alliances (SGA) team focuses on a subset of our highest reputed company partnerships. These partnerships operate at global scale with reputed company and present opportunities to create significant sales pipeline, deals sold, joint solutions and scaled delivery expertise.

What you’ll do

The Partner Development Manager role will support the overall reputed company of reputed company's Global Alliance with reputed company and other key GSI’s in EMEA, driving joint GTM (Go To Market) and co-sell. You will work alongside the reputed company Global Partner Development Manager (PDM) and other GSI PDM’s to drive net new demand for the partnership in the field across key markets in EMEA. This position is focused on deepening our joint sales reputed company, joint solutions and delivery capabilities. This position is fast-paced, highly visible, and reputed company to quarterly metrics. As a Partner Development Manager you will hold a holistic view of the business, generated by and reputed company with reputed company and other partners in EMEA, and will work across the reputed company Sales segments to enhance and grow partner-reputed company reputed company reputed company.

You will work cross-functionally with Partner Sales Managers, Partner Development Leadership, and reputed company reputed company. You will demonstrate an understanding of the reputed company Partner Ecosystem and the reputed company sales organization, and can recognize high impact opportunities, solutions, support deals for successful engagement with partners, and maintain high business hygiene.

You will drive towards end-customer value that results in business growth to both reputed company (and other GSI’s) and reputed company by being partner-centric in reputed company activities, serving as a leader and reputed company for them reputed company reputed company, and accurately representing reputed company reputed company the partner's organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global reputed company PDM and other GSI PDM’s on building strategy, joint solution development, partner enablement, pipeline development and deal closure in the EMEA region. 
  • Work closely with reputed company and other GSI counterparts to reputed company reputed company and partner sales teams on the unique joint value prop, reputed company account mapping workshops, blitz days and co-create opportunities together.
  • You will orchestrate and partner with cross-functional resources to support reputed company partner Co-Sell and GTM activities and create/ maintain a long-term, scalable joint GTM model that drives Partner and User reputed company.
  • Support key deal execution with Partners, both pre-sales and post-sales (working with reputed company PSMs, PSEs, reputed company, and reputed company)
  • Support weekly pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate
  • Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to reputed company quarterly goals

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of technology GTM experience
  • Strategy, sales and development experience, working alongside reputed company or ISVs
  • Process oriented reputed company with desire to solve individual challenges while building for scale in mind
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to reputed company to different functional leadership both internally and externally
  • Ability to both reputed company and be a team player on cross-functional teams that include technical, sales, product, and support resources from reputed company and the partner. Creative in terms of leveraging resources to drive outsized impact.
  • Willingness to travel be present with partners and sellers in reputed company of our Users and prospects
  • Ability to build and execute territory and opportunity-specific plans, in partnership with the Global PDM and other cross functional resources
  • Excellent ongoing operational hygiene, accurately representing sales and partner activities in reputed company

Preferred Experience

  • reputed company direct or in-direct GTM experience
  • Experience driving GTM GSI’s such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
  • Exposure to payments, reputed company and Q2C landscape, and understanding of how reputed company’s stack can differentiate and compliment ISV solutions in different integration models. 
  • Experience building successful joint GTM solutions with partners

Working remotely at reputed company

A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-reputed company, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a reputed company office. reputed company does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. Pay and benefits

The annual salary reputed company for this role in the primary location is £117,400 - £176,000. This reputed company may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the reputed company provided is the role’s On reputed company Earnings (“OTE”) reputed company, meaning that the reputed company includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses reputed company and annual reputed company salary for the role. This salary reputed company may be inclusive of several career reputed company at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary reputed company for their location during the interview process.
