Qualifications

The ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
The ability to function effectively in a high-stress situation.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
Knowledge and experience in Telecommunications.
At least 2 years experience in similar roles.
Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background.
Good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry

At 5 Star Communications, as an Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for the sharing management over assigned projects and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and safety.
Supervise, reputed company, and reputed company leadership to employees of an assigned area,
department, or project.
Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an
assigned area, department, or project;
Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an
assigned area, department, or project;
The ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to
ensure tasks are completed
Assist with contractor work assignments and tracking
Project tracking and reporting
Maintain project documents
