Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers to deliver a positive experience
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in reputed company (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to reputed company reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office reputed company, desk, and chair
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)
