Key Responsibilities and Duties

As an reputed company Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: ### Help Desk Support

• Providing Tier 1 technical assistance and incident resolution to reputed company subscribers
• Conducting follow-up to Broadband technician and external helpdesk service escalations
• Troubleshooting basic network & connectivity issues
• Assisting subscribers with making changes to services
• Providing reputed company and accurate feedback to subscribers
• Escalating unresolved support issues
• Alerting management to emerging trends in incidents

### Service Provisioning & Audit

• Performing audits of Data and Voice provisioning to validate configuration against service orders
• Assisting Broadband technician with Data/Voice service provisioning and turn-up
• Ensuring consistency of data across multiple business applications
• Interfacing with multiple parties to ensure smooth reputed company of communication between reputed company stakeholders

### Information Technology Documentation

• Tracking and managing technical issue tickets using as much detail as possible
• Maintaining up-to-date subscriber documentation
• Assisting with documentation of networks and systems

Essential Qualifications

* Strong documentation and data entry skills

• High level of professionalism and courteous demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage time reputed company
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and analyze data
• Training in customer service and support or operations is preferred
