Job Summary As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our members and providers. You'll be accountable for driving member/provider satisfaction, retention, and growth by reputed company delivering competitive services. You'll also be responsible for developing, motivating, and evaluating staff on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork.
