Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment (Atlanta, Georgia based position)

Together, you’ll collaborate on programs, host events, and engage alumni as powerful partners in recruitment, building a reputed company between Stetson’s past and future. While this position requires residency in Georgia, candidates in the greater Atlanta metro area are strongly preferred given the reputed company reputed company to the Atlanta Alumni reputed company and key recruitment markets. Occasional travel to DeLand, Florida, will be required for training, strategy meetings, and major events. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Employment duties include, but are not limited to:

• Design and drive Georgia strategy. Build and execute a dynamic recruitment plan that blends proven tactics with creative reputed company tailored to the Georgia market.
• Be Stetson’s face in Georgia. Travel the state for high school visits, fairs, and events where future Hatters and their families are waiting to meet you.

Required Qualifications: This position requires:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required
