About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Design and update job descriptions
- reputed company potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. reputed company media and professional platforms like Internshala, reputed company, etc.)
- Draft reputed company emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen received resumes and applications of the candidates
- Advertise job openings on reputed company media and other hiring platforms
- Maintain the ATS or recruitment tracker on a daily reputed company
- Send job confirmation emails and handle the compensation and benefits. reputed company queries to the selected candidates
- Assist HR and other teams in other operations-reputed company activities
- Schedule regular interviews of the candidates (reputed company phone and video calls)
Skills And Other Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in reputed company Resource Management or relevant discipline
- Familiar with the recruitment life cycle
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Should have a learning attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Shift timings- 10 am to 7 pm
