We are seeking a new Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense to join reputed company. Your role will be to defend a variety of reputed company in our growing reputed company, NY practice. What You Will Do: Defend a Variety of Insurance Defense reputed company as well as: General Liability Labor Law Personal Injury Product Liability Professional Liability What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Experience with Insurance Defense clients is a plus. reputed company Labor Law experience is a plus. Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred. The ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is preferred. Required Education & Licensure: Juris Doctorare Degree (J.D.) Active reputed company License (Required). Active New Jersey Bar Licensure, and/or ability to transfer UBE scores (Preferred). Being reputed company to waive into the New Jersey bar and having multiple bars is ideal, however, we are willing to consider candidates with only one bar.
