Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative (Chat), you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and responding promptly and professionally
  • Resolving customers' concerns and answering their questions to the best of your ability
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and responding calmly to customers' complaints
  • Promoting the product and the company positively to attract customers and address any concerns or questions
  • Recommending possible features to meet the customers' needs
  • If necessary, referring issues and questions to managers
  • Based on interactions, suggesting features and improvements to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles
  • Flawless English language skills
  • High proficiency in technology, including common software and online platforms
  • Previous experience as an educator (advantage)
