Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative (Chat), you'll be responsible for:
- Listening to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and responding promptly and professionally
- Resolving customers' concerns and answering their questions to the best of your ability
- Maintaining a positive attitude and responding calmly to customers' complaints
- Promoting the product and the company positively to attract customers and address any concerns or questions

Qualifications
