Daily Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Customer Service reputed company, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status, responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner
- Responding to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers reputed company established timeframes, utilizing reputed company reference materials and available resources
- Providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company behavioral health inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 1 year of reputed company call center experience, preferably in a behavioral or crisis call setting
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Schedule and Work Environment
As a remote Behavioral Customer Service reputed company, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with the following hours:
- 10:30 am - 8:30 pm CST (30-minute lunch break and 2 x 15-minute breaks)
- Potential for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month during peak periods
