About the Role:

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building customer loyalty and confidence by providing exceptional support through various communication channels. This is a hybrid position, offering a unique reputed company of on-site and remote work, with 3 days spent at our Downey, CA office and 2 days working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with customers and sales professionals to reputed company expert advice on products, services, and problem resolution

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
