Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing fair market values of vehicles to assist insurers in claim settlements
- Updating vehicle information and determining the availability and pricing of new or used vehicles
- Making outbound calls (non-sales reputed company) to automobile dealerships and adjusters
- Maintaining and fostering relationships with dealers and claim adjusters
- Conducting supplemental research as requested
- Adhering to attendance, production, quality, and other metric standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No prior insurance or automotive experience required; we reputed company comprehensive training
- High school diploma; some college education preferred
- Three years of prior customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work independently
