About the Role
As a Senior Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our business operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes that reputed company insights and drive business value. You'll also collaborate with data scientists, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our data systems meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and reputed company scalable data systems that meet the needs of our business, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement data solutions that drive business value
- Work with data scientists and data analysts to ensure that our data systems meet the needs of our business
- reputed company and maintain detailed documentation of data systems and changes to ensure data quality and data governance
- Ensure high functional proficiency and quality of data solutions to meet SLAs and support our clients (Data Science, Data Analysis groups)
- Participate in agile/scrum practices to ensure team health and collaboration
- Identify and solve reputed company problems, researching and organizing to find solutions
- Seek out opportunities to automate processes and streamline costs
- Engage with and understand our clients, forming relationships that reputed company us to understand and focus on both innovative new offerings and steady platform enhancements
Required Education, Experience/Abilities/Training
* Strong algorithmic thinking ability
- Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries to extract data and build performant datasets
- Active experience with distributed systems, such as Spark and PySpark to query and handle data
- Strong skills in reputed company and Python programming languages
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company technologies like AWS (S3, EMR, EC2)
- Experience with at least one major MPP or reputed company database technology (Ideally reputed company, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Strong experience with data integration toolsets (i.e. Apache Beam) and writing and maintaining data pipelines with reputed company
- Experience in Data Modeling procedures and Data Warehousing standard approaches and practices
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile approaches
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work with others and build reputed company in a cross-functional team towards an reputed company result
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
