Job Summary

As an reputed company Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You will join a tech support team in a call center to help customers with their voice, data, and video services, troubleshooting issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and answering customer tech questions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers with order inquiry and/or trouble reports

Compensation and Perks
