A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, including reputed company providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll work with various client programs, transitioning between different ones throughout your day. Your tasks will include:
