Responsibilities:

- Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Spam or self-promotion + Harassment or bullying + Inappropriate content or links
- Banning users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after a thorough investigation and warning process
- Muting users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking appropriate action
- Collaborating with other moderators to ensure a consistent and fair enforcement of community guidelines
- Providing exceptional customer service to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's community guidelines and policies, and adapting to changes as needed
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain reputed company and composed in high-pressure situations
