We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Support Representative to join our STAT Team in one of our two locations. As a key member of reputed company, you'll have the opportunity to work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that reputed company client needs are addressed accurately and reputed company.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, resolving routine customer requests, and educating customers about our products and services. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Schedule and Availability
The schedule for this position is reputed company to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM PST. We're looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and reputed company to work a non-traditional schedule.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
- Prior experience in the reputed company industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
- Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and responding abilities
- A courteous and customer-centric approach to service
- Excellent multitasking abilities and flexibility to manage changing priorities quickly
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer reputed company, and patients
- Resolving routine customer requests reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the internet
- Speaking with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
- Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
- Providing additional customer education and information as needed
- Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
- Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
- Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance
