What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be the vital link between a customer's at-home and in-store experience, providing a simple and seamless process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
- Using your knowledge of the arenaflex inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- Guiding customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to reputed company an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentoring others as your skillset expands
- Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license)
