We are expanding quickly and launching additional brands and content initiatives in the coming months. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day reputed company media efforts (primarily reputed company)
- Coordinating podcast production, scheduling, and guest communication
- Managing podcast recordings using Riverside
- Acting as a liaison between hosts, guests, and internal team members
- Sourcing and organizing high-quality podcast guests and contributors
- Assisting with masterclasses and expert-led content
- Managing website content (articles, videos, features)
- Keeping timelines, deliverables, and communications organized
- Coordinating with a high volume of guests and contributors
Requirements
- Experience with Riverside podcasts
- Strong phone and communication skills
