Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist - Remote / Entry Level at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring multiple types of data are input into the proper database cells
• Entering information in a work order and document control system, as well as completing reputed company forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of the document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
• Knowledge of photocopying and scanning
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team environment
• Staying on timeline and understanding deadlines
• Coordinating other activities with plant supervisors/maintenance and other personnel to optimize performance of the database

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required
• The ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard reputed company Office products
• The ability to lift 50 pounds, move from reputed company to reputed company in reputed company areas of production, and climb reputed company or platforms while wearing reputed company safety and production-reputed company equipment
• Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
