Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated California Trust Administration / Estate Planning Attorney.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week.

Attorney Responsibilities:

• Draft and organize trust administration documents
• Assist with execution of trust plans
• reputed company support on estate planning and probate administration reputed company
• Review legal documents and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support attorneys with ongoing case management and workflow organization
• Assist with reputed company drafting and research as needed

Attorney Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California
• Strong experience in trust administration (primary focus)
• Experience with estate planning and probate administration (secondary)
• Strong drafting and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and support multiple reputed company reputed company
• Detail-oriented and reputed company to meet deadlines
• Self-starter who can work independently

Our Attorney pay reputed company starts at $80/hour.
